Other reviews make me slightly relieved I decided to leave instead of waiting any longer. This was not the first bad experience at this Supercuts but it is definitely my last.
The first time I went, a very friendly and very talented African American woman cut my hair. I don't even really know anything about hairdressing or care about my hair much but I could tell she was quite good and it was probably the bet hair cut I ever got.
The second time a "Russian sounding" woman (who I have seen referenced in other reviews on her a couple times) cut my hair. As I mentioned already I don't honestly care that much about my hair, but that being said it only took her 8 or 9 minutes, seemed like she was going as fast as she could (with no other customers in the store) and did it not turn out well.
Okay so my main issue is that I expect a place to be open when it says it's going to be open. Not 15 min later. When I say open I mean the doors unlocked and someone cutting hair. Not the doors open and making customers wait while you take your sweet old time doing basic opening tasks. Very disappointed, would've been awful if I was in a rush. It is now 9:15. 15 min after open and this gentlemen and I are still waiting for a haircut. I will not be returning after this haircut.
I've had a good experience and a bad experience here. i'm a guy and both times i asked to simply be trimmed up.
Slower service but provided an exceptional experience. Will be back next time!
Got an hair cut here twice, one with Sharon and one with Ashley. Both did a great job. There is a 10% student discount too.
So 5 Stars for the first, 1 for the second. So I guess a 3 Star average.
After finishing another customers cut (10 minutes after I got there) one of the "hair stylists" (there were two) went to the back and did not return for 35 minutes. Must be the norm because the other "stylist" did not seen to notice (or care?) that she was gone.
